📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote Montessori Gading Permata School.
• Create engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
• Manage our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Collaborate with the school's administration and teachers to gather information and create compelling marketing materials.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Assist in organizing and promoting school events, such as open houses and parent-teacher meetings.
• Provide regular reports on marketing activities and their impact on student enrollment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Mailchimp.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
