As a Barista, you'll be at the heart of our operations, crafting delicious coffee and milk drinks, and ensuring our customers leave with a smile. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with our team to maintain high standards of quality and service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and milk-based drinks with precision and creativity.
• Maintain and clean coffee equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and ensure they have a pleasant experience.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple orders simultaneously.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic workspace.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and techniques.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for coffee beans, milk, and other supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints or concerns professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Certification in coffee brewing techniques, such as SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) or similar.
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and milk-based drink preparation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (44 lbs) of equipment or supplies.
