📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
• Manage a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Drive sales performance by implementing effective merchandising strategies and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor store performance metrics, including sales, traffic, and customer satisfaction, and report to the Store Supervisor.
• Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with department managers to ensure seamless store operations and a positive shopping experience for customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales techniques.
• Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a retail or business-related degree preferred.
• Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
