Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage a team of branch staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and implementing effective sales tactics.,Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a sales or customer service environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of the banking or financial services industry is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
