📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process,Maintain and update job postings and company branding materials,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
