📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of franchise locations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with local teams to implement and optimize logistics processes, utilizing tools like SAP and JDE.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and address any issues promptly.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the local team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in a franchise or multi-location environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and expanding franchise operations.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, including SAP and JDE.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel frequently to different locations in Bali.
