📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the maintenance activities of the facility, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective maintenance of all equipment and systems.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment and systems to identify and address any potential issues.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure that all maintenance work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.,Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.,Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.,Work closely with the facility management team to ensure that all maintenance activities are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance or technical role, with a focus on mechanical or electrical systems.,Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, techniques, and best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards, such as OSHA or ISO.
