📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
  • Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.
  • Follow and adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.
  • Participate in kitchen inventory and cost control.
  • Assist in planning and organizing kitchen schedules.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
