📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure a high-quality applicant pool.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.,Conduct job interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiations and onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and industry networks.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
