Village Fast Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, and leading a team of employees. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Lead and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive work environment.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).,Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in training and development programs for employees.,Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote teams.,Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
