FLUX Dinamis is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This is a hybrid position, combining office and field work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse activities, and transportation logistics.,Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and report on key logistics performance indicators (KPIs).,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide support to the logistics team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics industry and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
