📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of customers and clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
  • Present products and services to potential customers and negotiate contracts.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report sales performance to management.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to improve sales performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with sales software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
