Up Pearl Indonesia is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Samarinda. As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various aspects of human resource management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the right candidates are hired.,Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork, orientation, and exit interviews.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Maintain a positive and professional relationship with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is preferred.
