• Manage and optimize financial reporting systems, including QuickBooks, Xero, and other relevant software.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of financial data.
• Work closely with the finance team to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide training and support to finance team members.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in financial reporting.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in the pest control industry.
• Proven track record in managing financial reporting systems.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting software, including QuickBooks, Xero, and others.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in financial reporting or a related field is a plus.
