📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the Faculty of Design and Built Environment, overseeing academic programs, faculty development, and student success.
• Develop and implement innovative curriculum and teaching strategies that align with industry standards and emerging trends in design and built environment.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, alumni, and stakeholders to enhance the faculty's reputation and resources.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, including laboratories, studios, and design centers.
• Provide strategic leadership and vision for the faculty's growth and development, ensuring its continued excellence and relevance in the built environment industry.
• Participate in university-wide committees and initiatives, contributing to the overall strategic direction and success of the institution.
• Promote and advocate for the faculty's values, mission, and goals both internally and externally, fostering a strong sense of community and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A relevant master's degree in design, architecture, urban planning, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in academia or the built environment industry.
• A proven track record of leadership and management experience in a higher education setting, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and mentor faculty and staff.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends in design and built environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, industry partners, and the broader community.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar software.
• A passion for innovation, creativity, and lifelong learning, with a commitment to the values and mission of First City Corporation.
• Willingness to relocate to Bali and be based at the newly established campus.
