As an Assistant Manager, ETL Support, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our data pipelines, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions to ensure smooth data flow. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of ETL specialists, ensuring they adhere to best practices and deliver high-quality results.
• Monitor and optimize ETL processes using tools like Informatica PowerCenter and Talend, ensuring data integrity and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ETL-related incidents, working closely with the Incident Management team to minimize downtime and impact.
• Develop and implement ETL strategies that align with business requirements, leveraging data governance and quality frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective ETL solutions.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of ETL processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations, implementing appropriate controls and monitoring mechanisms.
• Provide mentorship and training to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ETL development and support, with a focus on data pipeline management.
• Certifications in ETL tools such as Informatica PowerCenter or Talend are a plus.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a focus on continuous improvement and growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
