📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure the success of training initiatives.,Create and deliver training materials, including presentations, workshops, and online courses.,Assess the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.,Maintain and update training records and documentation.,Facilitate learning activities and provide support to employees during training sessions.,Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to achieve organizational goals.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a learning and development or training role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
