In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and developing a team of retail leaders, ensuring that all stores meet operational and sales targets. You'll work closely with the regional management team to implement strategies that enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and develop a team of retail leaders, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance targets.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service standards.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, address issues, and provide coaching and mentoring.
• Work with the regional management team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance leadership and management skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Certification in retail management or leadership (e.g., Certified Retail Leader, Certified Retail Manager).
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
