📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective retail sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and convenience stores.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop action plans to capitalize on them.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Train and mentor retail sales teams to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
