📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of staff, providing training and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized outlet, ensuring a pleasant environment for customers.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management software.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with local regulations and industry best practices in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
