📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Support the enrolment process by managing data, documentation, and communication with stakeholders.
Oversee funding initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement and reporting.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Provide training and support to staff on operational policies and procedures.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, policy development, or a similar role.
Proven experience in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
