📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Certification in culinary arts or related field is a plus.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen management software is a plus.
